WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US

• Independent management of property accounting for rental properties and/or condominium ownership
• Responsibility for preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
• Responsibility for the annual financial statements of the properties
• Posting of creditors and debtors as well as processing payment transactions
• Reconciliation and control of accounts
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and internal departments regarding accounting queries
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of processes in property accounting
• Working with the property software Immotop2

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in property accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Experience with property software – ideally Immotop2
• Confident use of MS Office
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-minded personality
