Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a process engineering team for module assembly processes
• Drive industrialisation, production transfer, ramp-up and optimisation
• Establish and scale manufacturing processes with external manufacturing partners
• Develop process workflows, conduct process FMEAs and qualify processes

• A combination of team leadership and active involvement in process engineering
• The opportunity to shape module assembly processes from development to series production
• Define process standards, promote manufacturing-oriented design and establish best practices
• Close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and manufacturing partners

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering or comparable
• Fluent English and German skills at least at level B2
• Experience in process engineering and with contract manufacturers as well as external suppliers
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to manage complexity and communicate clearly
