Night Cleaner with Experience (m/f/d), Summer Season, End of May – End of September 2026

Main Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks during the night, including cleaning public areas, corridors, restaurants, and, if applicable, guest rooms
• Handle and distribute laundry as well as replenish cleaning and consumable materials
• Follow detailed instructions and hotel standards to ensure the highest cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure a professional and discreet working manner to avoid disturbing guests during the night
• Collaborate with the night team and communicate with reception to ensure smooth operations
• Impeccable personal appearance and well-maintained work clothing
• Punctuality, flexibility, and good time management are required to adapt to the specific demands of the night shift
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts; overtime may occur during the high season
• High personal responsibility and commitment to maintain the hotel's cleanliness standards at night
• Opportunity to learn through practical experience and develop over time

Your Profile

• Experience in a similar position in luxury hospitality
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious working style, even without direct supervision
• Very good English skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and reception; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work structured and efficiently in a night work environment
• High sense of responsibility and discretion when dealing with guests and hotel areas
• Detail-oriented with the ability to precisely adhere to hotel standards
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts as well as possible overtime during the high season
• Physically resilient and committed to meeting the demands of the role
