Your responsibilities

• Guest care
• Smooth check-in / check-out
• Receiving and forwarding all incoming internal and external calls
• Handling complaints and email correspondence
• Receiving and forwarding room service orders

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or first experience in a similar position
• Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail and impeccable manners
• Proficient in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
• Organisational talent, independent and neat working style
• Knowledge of the Opera operating system is an advantage

Your new workplace is in Pratteln. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel was completely renovated in October 2023 and features 175 generously equipped rooms and suites, a modern conference and banquet area, as well as an inviting guest restaurant. You will work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster. You are flexibly available in the evenings and at weekends.
