Your task

Strategy & Growth

• You have the operational overall responsibility for Predata AG
• As CEO, you continuously develop the corporate strategy together with the Board of Directors and implement it successfully
• You identify technological and economic market opportunities, open up new business areas and win pioneering customer projects

Leadership & Team

• You lead the executive management and manage the management team (Head of Development, Head of Support)
• You ensure the ongoing development of the team of around 15 specialists

Furthermore

• you represent Predata AG to customers and maintain regular contact with company executives
• you recognise the market potential for the products of Predata AG
• you drive the digitalisation and innovation of the products and the company forward
• you bear the financial responsibility for the budget, investments and results

Your profile

• You bring experience in a comparable position (e.g. as CEO, CTO or Head of Software Development) and demonstrable successes, ideally in an SME
• You have proven leadership experience across several levels
• You have solid professional experience in IT product/software development – both at a strategic and operational level
• You have demonstrable experience in selling software solutions, marketing, customer care and project management
• Equally important: you can demonstrate experience in finance, controlling and HR
• Experience in a comparable environment is an advantage
• You have very good German skills (at least Level C1). French and/or Italian skills are desirable
