Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Sanitary for the technical and commercial management of diverse building technology projects. You will be responsible for sanitary projects from calculation and planning through to coordination of execution, acceptance and handover, keeping costs, deadlines and quality in view. In addition to operational project management, you will take on customer consulting, project acquisition and project controlling and coordinate the involved specialists and companies. The position combines sound sanitary engineering with project management and economic responsibility in an established building technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Technical and commercial management of sanitary projects in new construction, conversion and renovation
Responsibility for project execution from planning and calculation to acceptance and handover
Preparation and monitoring of project budgets, cost forecasts and post-calculations
Implementation of structured project controlling regarding costs, deadlines and services
Technical design and coordination of sanitary, drinking water and drainage systems
Preparation and review of offers, change orders and invoices
Planning and coordination of assembly processes, personnel resources and material procurement
Leadership and coordination with assembly teams, clients, specialist planners and other trades
Support and technical advice for customers and business partners
Support in acquisition, calculation and offer preparation for new projects
Ensuring compliance with SVGW guidelines, SIA standards and relevant regulations
Accompanying commissioning, acceptance, defect rectification and project completion
Qualifications:
Completed training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ
Several years of professional experience in sanitary engineering, ideally as a project manager
Sound knowledge in calculation, project controlling and cost management
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines and sanitary regulations
Confident handling of common planning and calculation tools as well as Microsoft 365
Experience in technical customer consulting and project acquisition is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
