As part of the cantonal offer in school social work, we provide and conduct school social work (SSA) on behalf of schools. Effective immediately (or by arrangement), we are looking for a
School Social Worker 50%
for the Primary School Dänikon-Hüttikon.
The Primary School Dänikon-Hüttikon is a school with 260 students. The school is characterized by age-mixed learning (AdL) classes, young committed teachers, and a functioning stable daily structure. Participation is practiced with class and school councils. The infrastructure is modern. There is good public transport connection to Zurich.
Your area of responsibility:
- Implementation of school social work
- Low-threshold counseling for students, parents, and teachers
- Intervention in crises and conflicts
- Individual and group work
- Project and prevention work
- Networking and coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Social Work
- Further training in counseling, coaching, or school social work
- Professional experience in counseling, case work, prevention, crisis intervention, and in the development and implementation of projects
- Communicative personality with the ability for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience with children of primary school age
