Commercial Clerk with a Technical Flair (m/f/d, 100%)

Your responsibilities include:

• Central interface between customers, field service, laboratory, production, and logistics
• Preparation of offers, technical product information, certificates, and price data
• Creating and updating technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and work instructions
• Shipping and managing samples and documents
• Expert handling of complaints including clarifications with laboratory and production
• Maintaining customer and article master data in the ERP system
• Taking on general administrative tasks (filing, archiving, document management)
• Telephone and written support of our national and international customers
• Operating the telephone switchboard

We expect:

• Completed commercial training with technical understanding or basic technical training with commercial experience
• Preferably professional experience in technical internal sales, ideally in the chemical industry or a technical company
• Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment in customer contact as well as cross-team collaboration
• High reliability, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented mindset
