Our family-run corporate group includes three craft businesses – two in Germany (Kenzingen and Steinen), one in Switzerland (Muttenz, BL) – with a total of around 40 employees. We stand for quality, reliability, and development – both in craftsmanship and personally.
What you do with us
- Overall responsibility for all personnel-related matters in our three craft businesses
- Consulting and supporting management and leaders in all HR matters
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Managing time tracking and preparing payroll processing
- Organizing and coordinating training and development measures
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines (D & CH)
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in human resources, ideally in an SME or craft environment
- Sound knowledge of German labor law as well as construction-specific regulations (e.g., BG Bau, SOKA-Bau)
- Ideally first experience or interest in Swiss labor law (not mandatory but desirable)
- Completed commercial training with HR further education (e.g., personnel specialist, HR professional)
- Structured, independent working style with high initiative
- Enjoyment of cross-company activity with assignments at various locations (D & CH)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Professional appearance, trustworthiness, and enjoyment of working with people
