Your tasks
In this role, you are a central hub within the supply chain and ensure that operational processes function efficiently, are continuously optimised and can be controlled by clear key figures. You support day-to-day business, participate in inventories and are the first point of contact for users in the area of warehouse and transport management systems (AX 2009, D365, TMS, Track & Trace).
A key focus is on KPI reporting: you create and analyse relevant key figures, identify deviations and recognise optimisation potential. Based on this, you define concrete measures to improve performance, monitor their implementation and prepare the results appropriately for management and stakeholders.
Additionally, you work on the further development of systems and processes, coordinate system adjustments and updates, and support projects and audits. In doing so, you maintain close contact with management, the head of supply chain, IT, business development, sales, warehouse managers, purchasing and marketing services. Furthermore, you collaborate with customers, suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth cooperation along the entire supply chain.
Your profile
- Logistics specialist with a federal diploma
- Further training in supply chain
- Initial professional experience in logistics or supply chain
- Independent and precise working style
- Flexible, resilient and highly committed
- System knowledge with ERP, WMS, WCS, IMS, SRM and BI tools
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- English and French skills are an advantage
