We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Head of Education (SVEB 2) in the Care and Nursing Sector approx. 60%. There is the possibility to work with a higher workload. The workload exceeding approx. 60 percent is to be performed in nursing.
Your profile:
- You are an experienced qualified nurse HF/FH and have several years of professional experience.
- You have joy and interest in the care and nursing of elderly people as well as in the further development of the training area.
- You have the federal specialist certificate Trainer (SVEB 2) and corresponding professional experience or are willing to attend this.
- You have very good organisational and communication skills and are didactically-methodically competent.
- You have very good PC skills (Word, Excel, e-Pak, PK-Org).
- You are motivated and enjoy supporting and accompanying trainees and interns during their training.
Your tasks:
- Leading the education department with a team of approx. 4 people
- You plan learning support and conduct targeted learning sequences
- You support the care and nursing area in the supervision and assessment of trainees and interns
- You are open to educational tasks throughout the house
- You advise and support the team of vocational trainers
