3 Management and organisation of construction sites in road and civil engineering
3 Planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects
3 Leading your teams with respect, clarity and motivation
3 Monitoring quality, deadlines, costs and safety
3 Communication with clients, engineers, suppliers and authorities
What you bring:
3 Training as a construction foreman or equivalent qualification
3 Experience in road and civil engineering
3 Sense of responsibility, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
3 Perseverance and humour
3 Driving licence category B
