About the job
Your Tasks
- Independent operation of the filling systems in the Pharma Filling department
- Supervision of the operating personnel on the line
- Monitoring and control of the filling systems in compliance with manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements
- Performing simple troubleshooting during operation
- Responsible for meeting time and quantity targets with support from line management
- Conducting and documenting in-process controls (IPC)
- Responsible for GMP-compliant documentation of completed filling orders
- Ensuring that the required materials (bulk, packaging materials, etc.) are recorded timely and correctly and delivered to the line
- Adhering to defined requirements for hygiene, health protection, and occupational safety
- Co-responsible for maintenance of the systems together with the line mechanics
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ or chemical/pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in operating and monitoring filling systems in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry
- Ability to solve problems independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Technical aptitude
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Willingness to work in 3-shift system and on Saturdays. The activity includes regular work in a three-shift system and occasional Saturday shifts
- Knowledge of ERP systems and good skills with computer-controlled systems
- Careful, precise, and clean working style
