About the job
Your Tasks
- Independent operation of the filling systems in the Pharmaceutical Filling Department
- Technical supervision of the operating personnel on the line
- Monitoring and controlling the filling systems while adhering to manufacturing instructions and GMP requirements
- Performing simple troubleshooting during operation
- Responsible for meeting time and quantity targets with support from line management
- Conducting and documenting in-process controls (IPC)
- Responsible for GMP-compliant documentation of the filling orders carried out
- Ensuring that the required materials (bulk, packaging materials, etc.) are recorded in a timely and proper manner and delivered to the line
- Adhering to defined requirements for hygiene, health protection, and occupational safety
- Co-responsible for the maintenance of the systems together with the technicians
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ or chemical or pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in operating and monitoring filling systems in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry
- Ability to solve problems independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on Saturdays, as the role regularly involves three-shift work and occasional Saturday shifts
- Careful, precise, and clean working style
- Knowledge of ERP systems and good skills with computer-controlled systems
