Your responsibilities

As a true conductor, you will notably ensure:

• The management of thermal projects, from client needs to commissioning
• Thermal studies and sizing of heat pump installations
• Cost estimation, budgets, and cost monitoring
• Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and various trades
• Monitoring of construction sites, permits, technical files, and subsidy applications
• Energy analysis and optimisation of existing buildings
• CECB / CECB+ procedures and energy consulting
• Implementation of energy monitoring solutions
• Support and technical advice to our clients
• Develop current and future energy services (Monitoring, savings, efficiency...)

Your profile

• You are naturally curious, proactive, and innovative. You enjoy challenging the status quo, exploring new approaches, and turning your ideas into concrete solutions.
• Autonomous and pragmatic, you take initiatives and drive your projects forward while fostering team spirit and collaboration.
• Comfortable both on site and with clients, you wish to apply your expertise to energy optimisation and the development of tomorrow’s solutions.
• Ideally, you hold a qualification as an ES Technician or HES Engineer in building technology, energy, HVAC/thermal or equivalent.
• A technical CFC complemented by higher education and solid experience in the field is also welcome.
• You must be certified as a CECB / CECB+ Expert, a qualification essential for this position.
