What you will achieve with us

• You take responsibility for the building services staff, promote their strengths and ensure good and forward-looking deployment planning
• You are the first point of contact for our school buildings and municipal properties and ensure that concerns are recorded quickly, straightforwardly and solution-oriented
• You question existing processes and continuously develop standards together with your team
• You introduce modern, digital and sustainable solutions into facility management
• Together with your team, you ensure the professional operation as well as the maintenance and upkeep of our properties
• You keep the budget and costs under control, keep an eye on safety aspects and operational requirements, thus ensuring reliable and efficient operations
• You work closely with schools, administration, authorities and external partners and successfully bring together different interests and needs
• You accompany our apprentices on their journey, give them responsibility and support them in developing both professionally and personally

What you bring with you

• Training as a caretaker with further education to become a Facility Management HF manager or a comparable qualification
• SIBE / BESIBE or willingness to complete this training
• Professional and leadership experience in facility management or a comparable environment
• Enjoyment of leadership, communication and collaboration
• Initiative, organisational skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
• Very good digital user skills and interest in modern facility management solutions such as Campos, Avelon as well as Abacus knowledge
