To support our HR team, we are looking for you as
HR Assistant with Payroll (m/f/d) 60-80%
These are your tasks:
- Maintenance of personnel master data in the HR system (SAP)
- General HR administration tasks
- Collaboration with external partners such as social security and tax authorities
Independent and timely payroll processing
- Contact person for all questions regarding payroll and social security
- Creation of control lists and statistics
- Support and assistance in vocational training
Participation in HR projects
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial training with further education in the field of human resources (e.g. HR assistant)
Professional experience in personnel administration
Ideally experience in payroll accounting or motivation to acquire it.
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Organisational talent, reliability and discretion
- Communicative, friendly and service-oriented personality
