LANDI Branch Manager (Trainee Programme)

We are convinced that personal experience on the sales floor is an essential foundation for future leadership roles in a LANDI. Our individually tailored training programme enables you to get to know all the tasks that await you as a LANDI Branch Manager in everyday life. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a LANDI operation with the areas of retail, agriculture and energy after completing the training programme. Respect for this task? Don’t worry – our experienced managers and colleagues within LAVEBA LANDI AG with its 18 LANDI operations in Eastern Switzerland will support you throughout the entire training and beyond.

• You have completed basic training in retail or in the agricultural environment (e.g. retail specialist, farmer EFZ, agricultural practitioner EFZ, gardener EFZ)
• You have completed further training with a business management background (e.g. retail specialist) or an equivalent qualification and feel confident dealing with numbers
• You have already gained some leadership experience and enjoy leadership and collaboration
• You are interested in retail and agriculture and want to deepen your knowledge in this area
• You are strong in communication, committed and show high social competence
• You are an organisational talent, used to working independently and like to take on responsibility
• You are flexible and mobile within the framework of the trainee programme and feel at home in Eastern Switzerland

• Career start with leadership tasks in the retail and agricultural environment
• Comprehensive training programme (duration approx. 1 year, depending on experience level) with a structured induction plan, varied tasks and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Opportunity to gain practical experience in various operations within LAVEBA LANDI AG in Eastern Switzerland and to collect valuable experience
• Insight into the various business areas of the LAVEBA Cooperative Group in St. Gallen

• After completing the programme and subject to availability, the chance to take on a leadership position as Branch Manager
