Your tasks

• Independent preparation of professional real estate appraisals for all property categories
• Competent advice to our clients including property inspections
• Value calculations and preparation of appraisal reports

You bring with you

• Qualification as a real estate appraiser with a federal diploma
• Practical experience in the field of real estate appraisal
• User knowledge of a common appraisal tool
• Confident German, spoken and written
• Very reliable, independent and extremely precise way of working
• Strong performance orientation
• Regional market knowledge is a great advantage
