CNC Grinder
The main responsibility of Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain is to ensure a smooth supply chain for Bühler and our customers – in the regions for the regions. Our 29 factories worldwide follow the BPS Bühler Production System with its Total Synchro principles and SQCDP targets, and each factory in our network has a clearly defined focus. This is where you will shine
- You are responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC cylindrical grinding machines Studer S31 and Studer S41
- You take on grinding of individual parts and small series with high quality requirements
- You enjoy selecting and setting up clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters
- You are responsible for ensuring dimensional accuracy according to drawings and tolerances (including form and position tolerances)
- You take on optimising grinding processes in terms of cycle time, surface finish and tool life
These are the required skills
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ manufacturing or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, ideally on Studer S31/S41
- Independent, effective, precise and quality-oriented working style as well as a team-oriented, reliable and motivated personality
- Good German and IT skills
- Willingness to work both normal working hours and shift-like working time models
