Service Technician / Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

We are ProDigitech AG – a family-run company from Upper Valais. For many years, we have been advising our customers on all things office-related. We sell and rent multifunction printers, supply office materials, plotters, shredders, and much more.

What to expect

No day is like the other.

One day you might be at a customer’s site installing a new printer. The next day, you help a customer with a minor fault or advise a company on a suitable printing solution. In between, you visit existing customers, make new contacts, or prepare a quotation.

In short: you are a technician, advisor, and point of contact all at once.

Your tasks

• Deliver and install printers and multifunction devices
• Fix minor faults and carry out maintenance
• Advise customers and offer suitable solutions
• Support existing customers and acquire new ones
• Prepare quotations and manage orders
• Present our products with enthusiasm

What you bring

• You enjoy working independently.
• You take pleasure in contact with people.
• You are interested in technology and like finding solutions.
• You enjoy sales and approach people openly.
• You are reliable, friendly, and helpful.
• Driving licence category B.

Experience with printers or in sales is naturally an advantage. Much more important to us, however, is that you are motivated and eager to learn new things. We will gladly teach you everything else.
