Your task

In this commercial role, you are an important key person and are in direct contact with our rental customers. At the same time, you are the central liaison to our Service Center Sales. You manage and control the daily operation of the entire rental fleet and ensure the smooth handover and return of vehicles according to our guidelines. In cooperation with the service points and workshops, you coordinate the maintenance and servicing of the vehicle fleet. You prepare rental offers and take on various administrative tasks. Additionally, you monitor the KPIs and continuously communicate the current situation – in German and English – with various business partners, internal departments, and Scania Sweden. Thanks to your experience in digitalisation and project management as well as your know-how, you actively develop existing processes and thus simplify daily business. You are happy to contribute your own ideas and implement them purposefully in everyday work. The role requires a great deal of accuracy, self-control, persistence, and the ability to close – even under time pressure. You commit daily to ensuring that we can provide optimal care to our customers.

• Commercial basic training as well as technical and sales flair for the automotive industry
• Very good German skills as well as English skills at level B2 (spoken and written) – these are particularly important for the role
  French or Italian skills are an advantage
• Knowledge in project management
• Very good MS Office user skills
• A service-oriented organisational talent with a positive attitude and high self-motivation
• A customer- and solution-oriented mindset
