Your Tasks
- Performing massages, haki® and wellness treatments (approx. 80%)
- Responsible for the organization and implementation of training and further education in the field of massage and haki®
- Leading and coaching employees in the field of massage and haki®
- Supporting the organization and execution of team meetings
- Professional involvement in recruiting new employees
- Professional advice and active sales of products
- Support in product ordering
- Support in the further development of treatment offers and products
- Cross-departmental collaboration with all internal departments
- Ensuring and maintaining quality standards
Your Profile
- Completed training as a masseur
- Many years of professional experience in wellness & massage
- Experience in a leadership role desirable
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Very good manners as well as communicative and confident appearance
- Flexibility, teamwork, resilience, discretion
- Good leadership skills
- Enjoy working independently and organizing creatively
- Willingness to schedule working hours on all weekdays as well as to work on weekends and public holidays required
