About the job
The Lucerne Cantonal Hospital with locations in Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen is a company of the LUKS Group and thus belongs to one of the leading hospital groups in Switzerland. The over 8500 employees are dedicated with warmth, competence and commitment around the clock for the well-being of patients. The clinics and institutes of the LUKS Group offer medical services of the highest quality. We are looking to strengthen our team from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You independently organise the occupational health medical consultations from preparation through execution to follow-up and ensure reliable triage for occupational health medical concerns
- In the field of occupational medicine and infection protection, you coordinate examinations, environmental investigations as well as the administrative and organisational steps in contact tracing
- You independently and professionally perform blood sampling, vaccinations and other delegated medical tasks
- By independently managing one of our regional hospitals (Wolhusen or Sursee) one day per week, you take on additional responsibility and contribute your experience to the further development of the occupational health medical service
Your experience
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or as a nursing professional HF and are interested in occupational medicine, prevention and infection protection
- A structured and reliable way of working enables you to independently coordinate consultations, examinations and administrative tasks and to set priorities appropriately to the situation
- You approach employees from different professional groups in a service-oriented manner, quickly understand their concerns and communicate clearly and appropriately even during triage
- In interprofessional collaboration, you contribute your own ideas, take responsibility and constructively help shape new or changed processes
Your prospects
- You take on a varied and meaningful role with a high degree of independence and direct relevance to the health of employees
- With responsibility for your own consultations and a satellite location, you have a great deal of scope for shaping your daily work
- You work in an interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies and an open informal culture
- Instead of a workday primarily shaped by acute situations, you can expect a predictable activity in which you can actively co-develop processes and structures of the occupational health medical service
We look forward to receiving your complete online application. If you have any questions, please contact Dr Manuela März, Head of Occupational Health Medical Service, 041 205 20 83.
