The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden, with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.

We are looking for

For our ward with a focus on internal medicine under the direction of Ms Andrea Bernhardsgrütter, we are seeking a qualified nurse FH or HF immediately or by arrangement for a workload of 50-100%.

• Professional and competent care and support of patients on the interdisciplinary ward
• Independent implementation of the care and treatment process in interdisciplinary collaboration
• You orient yourself according to the care and treatment concepts of the hospital network and also contribute your skills to the development of new standards
• Electronic documentation as well as planning of care
• You participate in the practical supervision of trainees at various stages of training

That is why we want you

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or health and nursing professional
• Experience in applying the care process in different care situations
• Enjoyment in developing yourself within a company that promotes learning and where good collaboration is a central aspect of patient treatment
• A high level of professional, social, self- and methodological competence characterises you
• You act confidently and constructively in an interdisciplinary context
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
