Fleet Management Employee 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks: 

• Operational management and scheduling of the fleet (demo, press, event, leasing and company vehicles) including ensuring efficient vehicle use and rotation 
• Coordination of all relevant fleet processes (logistics, registration, insurance, maintenance, tyre changes, damage and repair management) in connection with the management of external service providers
• Participation in fleet planning and configuration in coordination with the respective specialist departments as well as handling the remarketing process of the fleet
• Preparation of regular fleet reports and continuous optimisation of fleet processes 
• Active participation in the implementation and operation of a new fleet management tool

Requirements: 

• Completed commercial or automotive technical training with experience in administration 
• Confident handling of MS Office products 
• Knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of Porsche vehicles advantageous 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Driving licence category B required 
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, reliability, resilience and initiative 
• Initial practical experience in the fleet area advantageous
