Team Leader Care

• You lead a team in one of our care homes at the Bärau location both personnel-wise and professionally.

• You accompany, promote, and develop career changers, FaBe EFZ and, if applicable, qualified social pedagogues HF / FH.

• You conduct employee discussions, lead recruitment in your home, and are responsible for deployment and holiday planning.

• You ensure the professional care of our residents and establish a professional flow of information between management level and team.

• As a specialist with leadership responsibility, you take on daily tasks in the process and act as a contact person for residents, relatives, authorities, and partners.

• Qualification in the social/health sector (Care Specialist EFZ, qualified social pedagogue HF, FH or comparable)

• Further training in leadership is an advantage

• Ideally some initial leadership experience

• Several years of professional experience in the care sector

• High social competence as well as an appreciative and binding leadership style

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as good IT user skills (knowledge of Inter-RAI is an advantage)
