Psychotherapy is part of the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with the departments of inpatient adult psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, mother-child ward, the integrated day clinic, and the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic outpatient clinic. In addition to these tasks, the psychotherapy staff also work in the acute hospital in the departments of geriatrics, medicine, and palliative care.

To strengthen our team in our psychiatric-psychotherapeutic outpatient clinic, we are looking for a committed psychotherapist.

• Treatment and counselling of patients and their relatives in the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
• Independent planning, implementation, and documentation of therapies
• Report preparation according to the requirements of the commissioning parties (referring doctors, health insurers, daily sickness allowance insurers, accident insurers, disability insurance, and others)
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional exchange and collaboration
• Cooperation with referrers and institutions
• Participation in supervisions, intervisions, case discussions, and team meetings
• Moderation of internal training sessions
• Leadership of supervisions possible with appropriate qualification and interest
• Establishment and leadership of outpatient group therapies possible with interest and competence

• You are a benevolent, responsible, and resilient personality with a good sense of humour
• You enjoy working with patients of all adult age groups
• You appreciate independent work in an outpatient setting but also value being part of a team and are open to various therapeutic approaches
• You have a strong interest in interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• You have completed training as a federally recognised psychotherapist or are close to completion
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage, preferably also in an outpatient setting
