Industrial Painter (Team Leader Surface Technology)
Activities
- Professional leadership of a team of about 15-20 employees (mostly in 3-shift operation)
- Preparation of the orders to be processed (material provision)
- Detailed planning of orders using a priority list
- Support of the department head in personnel management / personnel planning
Requirements
- Completed training as a surface coater EFZ or many years of experience in this field with proven leadership function
- Experience in handling chemicals is an advantage
- Quality-conscious and independent working style, even under increased stress
- Willingness to assist in 3-shift operation if needed, otherwise normal working hours
