Industrial Painter (Team Leader Surface Technology)

• Professional leadership of a team of about 15-20 employees (mostly in 3-shift operation)
• Preparation of the orders to be processed (material provision)
• Detailed planning of orders using a priority list
• Support of the department head in personnel management / personnel planning

• Completed training as a surface coater EFZ or many years of experience in this field with proven leadership function
• Experience in handling chemicals is an advantage
• Quality-conscious and independent working style, even under increased stress
• Willingness to assist in 3-shift operation if needed, otherwise normal working hours
