Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Accompany international export orders from order entry to delivery
Coordinate cross-trade transactions and ensure timely processing
Coordinate delivery dates with customers, project teams and international logistics centres
Create export, shipping and delivery documents and check for completeness
Obtain, compare and commission transport quotes from freight forwarders accordingly
Support international customers in German and English regarding deliveries and orders
Control transport costs and follow up on deviations accordingly
Process debtor invoices and other administrative tasks in export
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in export, foreign trade or international freight forwarding environment
Further training as foreign trade clerk or foreign trade specialist is an advantage
Sound knowledge in handling international customer orders and transports
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage for this role
Independent and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility
Customer-oriented manner, negotiation skills and resilience
Very good German and English skills as well as fluent French skills
