We are looking for a Sales Assistant at 40% in stationery for our FNAC Fribourg (FR) store.
Your Tasks
• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them a quality service
• You handle product checkouts
• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty
• Work in the fields of Editorial Products: books, comics, manga, video games
• Ensure merchandising compliance and maintain the quality of your department
• Participate in stock management and the assortment offered to our customers

• You are very comfortable with interpersonal relations and customer service
• You have a commercial sense and experience in checkout operations
• You are meticulous

• You are comfortable using computer tools
