To strengthen our Account Management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, curious, and organised person as
ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f/d) – 80-100%
In this role, you are an important interface between clients and our interdisciplinary teams. You independently manage your projects in day-to-day business, keep deadlines in view, and are always one step ahead of your clients.
What you are responsible for
- You are the central interface to your clients – guiding them confidently through projects, keeping them up to date, and ensuring clear expectations at eye level.
- You manage campaigns and projects end-to-end and ensure that quality, timing, and budget are always on point.
- You dive deep into your clients’ business goals and translate these into effective marketing and communication solutions.
- You orchestrate our internal teams (creation, strategy, media, digital, production) and ensure a smooth flow and strong results.
- You keep an overview, recognise risks early, and find pragmatic solutions – always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- You prepare results, insights, and learnings in convincing presentations and communicate them clearly and succinctly.
- You identify growth opportunities in your accounts and support pitches and proposals.
What we wish for from you
- Successful completion as a "Communications Specialist" with a federal diploma (formerly "Communications Planner") or a completed degree (FH/HF) in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field
- Experience as a (Junior) Account Manager in an agency or a comparable, project-driven environment
- High organisational skills and a structured, independent way of working
- Confident, target-group-appropriate communication in German and English
- Strength in multitasking: You juggle several projects simultaneously and set the right priorities
- Sound understanding of integrated marketing and communication measures as well as common agency processes
- Strong team spirit, initiative, and a high level of responsibility
