Electrical Service Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- The execution of repair and service work on electrical appliances is your responsibility
- You provide comprehensive advice to customers and help them find the best solutions for their needs
- Preparing quotations: You calculate and present offers for repairs and new purchases
- The sale of electrical appliances and accessories is an important part of your daily work
- You document all completed work and keep maintenance records up to date
- You also conduct customer training on the operation and care of the devices
- You work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer loyalty and generate new orders
- Willingness to travel is required as you regularly visit customers to provide on-site support
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an electromechanical technician/installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- You have experience as a service technician
- A category B driving licence is required
- You have very good German language skills
