Responsibility for leading, coordinating, and implementing projects in the Portfolio Advisory Europe area
Preparation of meaningful analyses and presentations for the Head of Portfolio Advisory Europe
Content-related as well as organizational preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and offsites
Conducting data analyses and preparing reports
Supporting the department management in operational day-to-day business and strategic initiatives
Efficient management of the mailbox and scheduling for the Head of Portfolio Advisory Europe
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Banking & Finance or a related field
Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the financial sector
Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI skills are an advantage
Structured, precise, and analytical way of working
Strong communication skills as well as fluent German and English skills
Team player with high self-motivation, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally (within Europe)
Openness and willingness to develop – applications with high potential are also welcome.
