Cannot comment much , donot believe the IT hiring manager , giving all positive outlook taking 2.5 hours of interview and then providing a very bad feedback

Very unprofessional with whole interview process, have provided very bad feedback to the employee whom I used as referral and that too in a very bad way , instead should have been professional even if they want to reject a candidate --happy not to be part of IT department in LGT

Fill leadership positions correctly! Various team leaders are completely miscast and are protected from above. Various team leaders work just 50% of what the team achieves. Absolutely wrong staffing - results in very bad and frustrated atmosphere! Many very good workers are leaving the company because of this situation. CEO unfortunately does not see it.

In the area where I have been so far there is not much potential for defence

There is not much potential for improvement. You are immediately treated as a team member and included.

As an intern I am allowed to do a lot of things on my own. There is a pleasant working atmosphere and the doors are always open when questions arise. The interviews were very pleasant, but several interviews took place on different days.

As an intern, I have the opportunity to get to know two LGT departments better. Even in my one-year internship I would think it would be great if there would be the possibility to work in more departments (e.g. four departments for three months).

The parking spaces should be made cheaper for learners.
