With around 3,000 students and 800 lecturers from practice, HWZ is the largest university in Switzerland offering exclusively part-time study programmes in the field of business. It offers a wide range of study programmes at Bachelor and Master levels, over 150 diploma and certificate courses, more than 100 seminars, as well as the possibility of doctoral studies and customised corporate training. Your Tasks

• Participation in the further development of educational offerings at various levels (Bachelor, Master, continuing education)
• Design and maintenance of teaching and learning formats
• Evaluation and quality assurance of existing programmes
• Collaboration in applied research and development projects including analysis and preparation of results as well as transfer into teaching
• Interface management between academic, administrative and external stakeholders
• Support of the Ecosystem management in organisational, planning and conceptual tasks

Your Profile

• At least a university degree (BSc) in department-related fields with several years of relevant professional experience and willingness to pursue a Master’s degree in the future
• Strong practical orientation and sound knowledge in the areas of business informatics, ICT, artificial intelligence, applied data science
• Proven experience in the development of educational offerings, curriculum design as well as in the conception and further development of teaching and learning formats
• Conceptual and networked thinking as well as the ability to prepare and further develop complex topics in a structured manner
• Interest in and understanding of university processes, quality requirements and academic standards
• Experience in dealing with scientific methods as well as in the analysis, evaluation and preparation of information and results
• Interest in applied research and development as well as in the transfer of findings into teaching
• Team orientation and strong service awareness
• Confident, open interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical thinking, strong implementation skills and pronounced organisational talent
• Very good German and English skills
