For our client in Rheinfelden, we are immediately looking for a:

Accountant / Bookkeeper 80–100 % (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

• You manage fixed asset accounting and prepare VAT returns and declarations for Switzerland and Germany
• You oversee accounts payable and receivable including dunning, payment runs and intercompany reconciliations
• You prepare liquidity planning and keep an eye on cash flows
• You contribute to quarterly and annual financial statements
• You support optimisation projects in the finance area and bring in your own ideas
• You work closely with various departments and provide cover within the finance team

What characterises you:

• You have further training as a specialist in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• You have at least three years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• You have solid knowledge of fixed asset accounting and VAT accounting for Switzerland and Germany
• You communicate very well in German and well in English
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAGE200, BLP, SAP or PSI is an advantage
• You think analytically, have a strong understanding of numbers and value high quality
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You remain reliable, flexible and resilient even as deadlines approach
