What does a service technician do at Reiden Technik AG?
You strengthen a technically skilled and customer-oriented team in service tasks and act as a hub in the field service.
Your main tasks include:
- Installation and commissioning of machines on site at the customer
- Repair assignments on site at the customer
- Maintenance, modifications, and retrofitting of machines
- Active participation in the assembly department at the Reiden plant during training or as needed
Your profile
- You have completed basic mechanical training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar with experience in machine tool construction
- You have a high willingness to travel and enjoy being on the road from Monday to Friday
- You have an affinity for controls and are characterized by independence, initiative, and joy in problem-solving
- You are socially and team competent and communicate factually and at eye level
Additional qualifications you bring
- You have control knowledge of Heidenhain and Siemens
