To strengthen our team at our Morat plant, we are looking for a Quality Controller whose main mission will be to ensure the control and conformity of product quality in compliance with standards (ISO/TS; QS9000; ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA) in the assembly sector. You will work in a team according to the work model authorized by SECO over 7 days (3x8 shift work, including public holidays and Sundays, according to schedule).

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the control and conformity of product quality in compliance with standards (ISO/TS; QS9000; ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA) in the Assembly sector;

• Control of actuators manufactured internally according to control plan and defective parts reaction process;

• Responsible for corrective actions;

• Participation in quality assurance during assembly;

• Participation in Fast Response meetings;

• Writing complaints and entering information into the CAQ system;

• Training employees in actuator control;

• Knowledge management as well as their implementation and application;

• Participation in continuous improvement;

Your profile:

• Basic technical training (mechanical, plastic, electronic) ideal but not mandatory.

• Completed further training in quality control, with experience in a similar position in a production environment.

• Demonstrate team spirit and appreciate working in an international and multilingual professional environment.

• Able to work night shifts.

• Languages: French and/or German.
