To strengthen our team at our Morat plant, we are looking for a Quality Controller whose main mission will be to ensure the control and conformity of product quality in compliance with standards (ISO/TS; QS9000; ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA) in the assembly sector. You will work in a team according to the work model authorized by SECO over 7 days (3x8 shift work, including public holidays and Sundays, according to schedule).
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the control and conformity of product quality in compliance with standards (ISO/TS; QS9000; ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA) in the Assembly sector;
Control of actuators manufactured internally according to control plan and defective parts reaction process;
Responsible for corrective actions;
Participation in quality assurance during assembly;
Participation in Fast Response meetings;
Writing complaints and entering information into the CAQ system;
Training employees in actuator control;
Knowledge management as well as their implementation and application;
Participation in continuous improvement;
Your profile:
Basic technical training (mechanical, plastic, electronic) ideal but not mandatory.
Completed further training in quality control, with experience in a similar position in a production environment.
Demonstrate team spirit and appreciate working in an international and multilingual professional environment.
Able to work night shifts.
Languages: French and/or German.
