About the job

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified operations maintenance specialist (EFZ) or a technical or craft EFZ basic education with experience in operations maintenance.
• You are reliable and work independently, flexibly, and dependably in a small team including an apprentice.
• You communicate constructively, are a team player, and approach others with empathy.
• You enjoy working with elderly people and understand their needs.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and are happy to pitch in with daily tasks.
• You are willing to work outside regular hours and participate in on-call duties.
• Good German skills (at least C1), PC user knowledge, and a category B driving licence.
