- You plan, design and conduct individual and group sessions in adult education with a focus on Supported Communication.
- You develop individual communication systems and support their implementation in everyday life together with those affected and their environment.
- You help people to expand their communication possibilities and strengthen their participation in social life.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have completed training in social pedagogy, work pedagogy, speech therapy, care or a comparable field.
- You have knowledge of Supported Communication and experience in working with people without or with limited spoken language.
- You possess a high level of self-, social and professional competence.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- You are a committed, team-oriented and flexible personality.
- You approach people with appreciation, patience and humour.
