Finance and Accounting Specialist (a | 80 - 100%)

In this versatile key position, you will take overall financial responsibility for several group companies and advise executives and management as a competent sparring partner in financial and business management matters. You combine strategic thinking with operational proximity, create transparent decision-making bases, and further develop the finance organisation with a future-oriented approach.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the finance and accounting as well as controlling of the corporate group with eight companies including financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning with financing, and management reporting
• Responsibility for operational controlling in the areas of reporting, invoicing, and payroll administration
• Financial support of projects including project controlling, contract management, and systematic opportunity and risk assessment
• Leadership and further development of a three-person team as well as ensuring efficient and future-oriented financial processes
• Co-design and implementation of the digitalisation strategy including the further development of ERP systems, data integration, and the internal control system
• Competent representation of the corporate group towards banks, auditors, authorities, insurance companies, and other external partners

Your profile

• Proven expertise in accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations with high reliability in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Further training as a Finance and Accounting Specialist or an equivalent qualification as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in a dynamic SME in the construction or electrical industry
• Strong numerical understanding, analytical skills, and a structured, precise way of working
• Solid Abacus user knowledge
• Independent, assertive, and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality, high initiative, team spirit, and confident German language skills in spoken and written form
