«Together we move forward» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.What does your daily life look like?
- You will learn a lot about maintenance, upkeep, repair, and cleaning.
- You will learn to handle various tools, machines, and devices.
- You will create and maintain green spaces.
- You will be active throughout the care center and have contact with residents as well as employees from other areas.
- You have a heart for our animals and help with feeding and care.
What qualifications do you bring?
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical tasks.
- You are open, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
- You are creative and like to contribute your own ideas and implement them.
- You are independent and enjoy taking on your own tasks.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and understand Swiss German.
