• You independently process pending payments in the core banking system
• You handle enquiries from our BPO partner regarding pending orders
• You advise financial coaches and customer advisors on questions related to payment transactions
• You take responsibility for receiving enquiries via telephone or e-mail from internal and external parties
• You work in an agile team and proactively contribute to the optimisation of processes and systems

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have several years of professional experience, ideally in the banking environment
• You enjoy working in a team and are motivated by it
• You work conscientiously and precisely and are aware of the impact of your actions
• You speak fluent German and ideally have good language skills in French and/or English
• You have a flair for numbers and are interested in the banking environment
