Team Leader Occupational Therapy (m/f/d) 80 - 90 %
from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Interface between the Head of Therapies at the location and your own team
- Ensuring that the annual goals are known to the team and achieved
- Implementation of contemporary working conditions in your own team that enable safe and interdisciplinary work and promote employee satisfaction
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration within your own team and ensuring cross-disciplinary dialogue and integration of your own team at the location
- Promotion and monitoring of professional quality within your own team (e.g. coordination of internal and external training, development and implementation of measures, skill/grade mix) and reporting deviations to the Head of Department
- Works as a therapist according to the job description. The extent of therapeutic work is defined in consultation with the Head of Therapies at the location
- Monitors compliance with all guidelines, processes and related documents within the team and suggests modifications and adjustments to the Head of Department if necessary
- Recruitment of subordinate employees in coordination with the Head of Therapies
- Takes on tasks in projects and their interdisciplinary development
Your profile
- SRK-recognised therapist MSc with several years of professional experience in the field
- Very good communication skills, high social competence, reliability and resilience
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare system in Switzerland
- Organisational skills, networked thinking
