Your Tasks

Head of Open Bar Switzerland

You lead the Open Bar Switzerland area professionally and continuously develop processes and service standards

You ensure a nationwide uniform deployment planning as well as high quality standards in service, assembly, revision and customer support

You coordinate the exchange of information with regional and national contacts and promote cross-departmental collaboration

You are responsible for ordering including supplier management of dispensing systems and operating materials

Head of Open Bar Eastern Region

You lead and develop the Eastern Region team professionally and personally

You plan, coordinate and ensure the timely processing of all service, assembly and revision orders as well as the preparation and provision of dispensing systems

You actively participate in day-to-day business, carry out assemblies, commissioning, revisions and service assignments at catering businesses and events, and take part in the on-call service

You regularly travel within the Eastern Region and support teams in other regions of Switzerland if required

Your Profile

Technical basic training with further education in leadership

3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the food industry

Strong communication skills, resilience and organisational talent

High customer and service orientation with a strong quality awareness

Entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented thinking

Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, French, Italian and English are an advantage

Driving licence category B
