Your Tasks
Head of Open Bar Switzerland
- You lead the Open Bar Switzerland area professionally and continuously develop processes and service standards
- You ensure a nationwide uniform deployment planning as well as high quality standards in service, assembly, revision and customer support
- You coordinate the exchange of information with regional and national contacts and promote cross-departmental collaboration
- You are responsible for ordering including supplier management of dispensing systems and operating materials
Head of Open Bar Eastern Region
- You lead and develop the Eastern Region team professionally and personally
- You plan, coordinate and ensure the timely processing of all service, assembly and revision orders as well as the preparation and provision of dispensing systems
- You actively participate in day-to-day business, carry out assemblies, commissioning, revisions and service assignments at catering businesses and events, and take part in the on-call service
- You regularly travel within the Eastern Region and support teams in other regions of Switzerland if required
Your Profile
- Technical basic training with further education in leadership
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the food industry
- Strong communication skills, resilience and organisational talent
- High customer and service orientation with a strong quality awareness
- Entrepreneurial, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, French, Italian and English are an advantage
- Driving licence category B
