We are looking for a committed Nursing Team Leader 80–100% with leadership skills and heart for a renowned long-term care institution in Bern.
Your tasks:
- Leading a team of about 25 employees
- Ensuring high nursing quality and smooth operations
- Organising workflows and participating in direct care
- 40–60% office work, remaining time direct care
- Maximum 1 weekend shift per month
Your profile:
- Qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
- Leadership experience advantageous
- Organisational skills and independent working style
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
