Construction Renovation Project Manager TCE

Our Geneva team is growing and we are looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager in general contracting for Modernization, TCE Renovation projects

Responsibilities:

• Management of TCE Modernization construction projects in GC, ET or CR.
• Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial tracking of one or multiple simultaneous projects.
• Management and supervision of TCE site management teams.
• Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.

You bring:

• Leadership (providing vision and direction).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position acquired in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Management skills (work organization, delegation, and team skill development).
• A professional network specific to the canton of Geneva.
• Management (implementation and application of processes, document quality, traceability).
• Comfort with IT tools (especially Excel).
• Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, collaborators, management).
• Basic construction reflexes (change orders, clear feedback to clients, contracts, etc.).
• Flexibility, synthesis ability, delegation, and task prioritization.
