• Processing and reviewing insurance claims in the areas of property, liability and accident insurance
• Advice and correspondence on coverage issues and insurance-related topics with customers, insurers, sales partners and internal stakeholders
• Management and maintenance of insurance contracts and policies
• Creation, review and processing of insurance-related documents
• Support in claims handling and follow-up of claims cases
• Carrying out billing and posting of commissions

• Completed commercial training in insurance, banking, wholesale and foreign trade, logistics, forwarding or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in an administrative, operational or customer-oriented role
• Interest in insurance, risk or financial topics
• Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for numbers
• Structured, careful and independent working style
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
