The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interface, for an efficient and effective customer experience.

In the "Client Channels" area, you take on a central role within the concept department for digital customer interfaces. Together with our dedicated experts and in close collaboration with the eChannel security specialist unit, you drive the strategic development and professional conception of security topics in our digital channels. With your proven experience, you ensure that security requirements and user-friendliness are optimally combined to create a future-proof and trustworthy customer experience.

Your Tasks

Strategic responsibility for security topics in digital channels (eBanking, Mobile Banking) with a focus on developing concepts that combine high security and excellent usability
Leading complex security initiatives and projects in digital channels, including managing interdisciplinary teams
Close collaboration and sparring on equal footing with the Digital Channels Security Unit, IT architecture, and other stakeholders
Analyzing existing security processes including risk identification as well as defining and designing optimization measures
Ensuring the implementation of regulatory and internal security requirements
Actively monitoring technological developments and translating them into concrete roadmaps

Your Profile

University degree (Uni/FH) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field
At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of digital channels, IT/information security, or digital banking, with a significant part focused on security in eBanking/Mobile Banking or similar applications
Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions in digital channels (including specific projects/initiatives)
Relevant experience dealing with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, PSD2)
Several years of experience leading complex projects (ideally in agile and hybrid setups)
Deep technical understanding of IT security architectures and digital processes (architecture and design understanding, without developing yourself) (moved down)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
