Join us for a 12-month internship within the Customer Value & Analytics team, working directly with the Customer Engagement Manager.

Your mission
You will support the design, execution and optimization of Direct Marketing communications across the full campaign lifecycle.
Content creation & production
- Write content for newsletters and SMS
- Improve and optimize existing customer communications
- Create content for new customer engagement use cases
- Coordinate visual creation with Communication & Design teams
- Coordinate with the translation team (FR/DE/IT/EN)
Campaign execution & follow-up
- Set up newsletters (structure, modules, content) in
- Set up A/B tests and suggest optimizations
- Manage small marketing projects: contests, lead generation campaigns, etc.
- Monitor newsletter KPIs to improve communication impact
Innovation & special projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer communications
- Support the Direct Marketing communication plan
- Follow trends in email marketing and customer engagement in the telecom industry
What you bring
- You have a Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Communication, Business or a similar field
- Excellent writing skills in French and English; German is a plus
- Creative mindset and a strong interest in marketing copywriting
- Good organizational skills and ease in coordinating tasks and stakeholders
- Interest in CRM, customer engagement and Direct Marketing campaigns
- You are Swiss or European (EU) citizen
- Bonus: familiarity with a newsletter tool (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
